Many of us know what it is to have something to say and still wait.
We wait for the right moment. For more certainty. For a version of our voice that will not shake or invite disagreement. Sometimes the perfect response arrives forty minutes after the conversation has ended, which is useful mostly to us.
We tell ourselves we will speak when we feel ready, without acknowledging how often readiness asks us to wait a little longer.
Using our voice is not about waiting to feel fearless. It is about trusting that what we see, know, and believe deserves a place in the conversation.
Being seen can feel exposing. Speaking clearly can change how others understand us. Taking up space can feel uncomfortable when we have spent years making room for everyone else.
The Marquise Cut embodies expansion. Its elongated shape reaches outward from its center, creating presence beyond what its size might suggest. It does not remain contained within a familiar outline.
Expansion does not require us to speak louder or take space away from anyone else. It asks us to trust our voice, allow our presence to be felt, and step fully into the space that is already ours.
